Habit Project Day 7 Sunday May 5th

  1. Today is just another good relaxing day, ive had a lacrosse and baseball game and in a way that relaxes me along with no school.

  2. I went to pick my dad up from the hospital in Boston. It was good to see him walking again. Today was another day of not lying. I'm pushing myself to not lie. Now that I'm not lying it makes me feel like I just lifted weights off my back. Than you everyone for your support!

    4. Today went well i did my home work earlier in the day so my whole day was free. I just used my tablet and talked to some friends. I even went outside for once.

  4. Today was nice and fun. My younger brother had his First Communion. My cousins came over. I had fun texting my friend and his Ex. I played some racquetball, but very little of it. This project is going very well for me.

Today went ok but i am still getting frustrated at people but sometimes like today i got in deep thought like i started to think about the names the things the no having friends and me not being me and that got me frustrated i dont want get in deep thoughts and remember things that get me frustrated when this happened i got up and decide to workout until i was not thinking about them anymore and it worked it got my mind competly off the things that was getting me frustrated

  6. Just got home from 18 holes at blackstone national golf club. Another beautiful day and I drove there and back. No texting and driving and I did not even think the take out my phone. Now I am relaxing and will work out at some point tonight. Big wee coming up with the musical! Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend!

  7. Today, I woke up and i had breakfast and got ready to go to church. It took 1hr and 30min,so i didnt use my ipad at the time so that was good. I left my ipad at home so it took 30min to get home so that mines i didnt use it for 2hrs. When i got home i went outside for 30min so i have been doing fine. I watched tv and played some games.

  9. Today was good. I had some fun with my sisters and didn't have to worry about my homework because I did it yesterday. I also got some other things I needed to do done today, which made me feel accomplished. I hope I can permanently break my habit of procrastinating, but it's not easy.

Well today I wasn't really on my iPod at all because I went to go see my little cousins play softball and baseball and it was really nice and funny to see all my little cousins play at the field! I really enjoyed my self. Then I went to my uncle's house and spent time with him and my little cousin and then went to another baseball game but then it got canceled 'cause the home plate wasn't working right. But other than that I had a great day with my family and friends and I was only on my iPod for like an hour so it was really good to see that I wasn't wasting time on it!

  11. Today I had a field hockey game at 9 in the morning for an hour and then later on in the day at 4 I had a field hockey scrimmage\practice till 5:30 so I got a lot in today for a workout.

  12. Today went ok. I had a rugby game Newport which lead to to me spending money after but I didnt spend more than 20.00 dollars so it was fun.

  14. Today was great! I went to my cousins birthday party and talked to family I haven't seen in a long time, so I barely used my phone or was lazy. Doing my homework on Friday made my weekend more relaxed so I wouldn't have to worry about anything.

  15. Today was great I didn't really think about watching TV and since it was nice I went outside.I also went to sears optical because my sister had to have her lenses replaced and we got lunch.

  16. Today went well, sort of. I have didn't have a problem with eating an electronic device during breakfast and lunch, but during dinner, I grabbed the TV remote, unconscious of what I was doing. I realized this a few seconds before eating. The action was almost automatic. This means I must pay attention and be more aware.

  17. Yesterday I got up at 9 but it was harder than saterday because I stayed up with friends till 12. I tried to go to bed early but I had some homework to do and I had to go out to get stuff for the musical.

  19. Sorry I didn't comment today. The app want working very good. Anyway on Sunday u only bit my nails four tines. Once during my game and the rest while watching tv at night. I seem to only bite them when I'm not really doing anything. I will try to be more concious when im sitting around.
